The aim of De Vulgari Eloquentia is to obtain more
victory points. The players will gain points from reading manuscripts,
looking for important documents like the Canticle of the Sun or the "The
Riddle from Verona". Players can also gain points by improving their
social status, for example, if the merchant become a banker or the Friar
becomes a Benedictine Monk or the Cardinal becomes Camerlengo or Pope.
Moreover, points can be gotten with money and with the support of
Politicians, Noblemen, Abbesses, and of the Amanuensis.
De Vulgari Eloquentia is a game for
2-5 players and a play lasts about 120 minutes. This game is suggested for players ages
14 years or above.
The game is a
Multilanguage version (Italian , English , French ).
