Associations interested in becoming a Giochix Point — and getting access to our games for their game library — can apply through our contact form.
Register on giochistarter.it as an Association and tick the Giochix Point option. Your association's tax code (codice fiscale) is required at registration. You must also have at least one active social media page, specified under Profile → Settings. After registering, send us a request by email explaining your association and attaching as much information as possible, including a copy of your founding deed (Atto Costitutivo) and Statute. Giochix may approve or reject requests at its own discretion, and may revoke Giochix Point status at any time or change the terms offered. This procedure exists to make sure games sent to associations are put to good use and not dispersed or misused.
From time to time we will send a free copy of our new games (we try to do this for most new releases, though we can't guarantee it — more active associations are prioritized). Logging in with your association account on giochistarter.it gets you 20% off games (25% off Giochix-branded products). In the account → Questionnaires section you can submit play reports and generate 15%-off vouchers for your members.
Games provided must be made available to your members free of charge. Your activity must be non-profit / association-based, not commercial. Members who play our games can fill in the related questionnaires by registering on the site and logging in. From time to time we may also involve you in playtesting new games, sending rulebooks and prototypes and asking for feedback. Photos from game nights featuring our products are very welcome.
We verify your affiliation every year, based on your social media activity, submitted questionnaires, and the information you send us.
